What is caching?
Browser cache or "caching" is a mechanism used by web browsers to store downloaded website information, in an attempt to speed up loading times by reducing the amount of data that needs to be downloaded on subsequent visits.
Why is it necessary to clear cache & cookies?
Clearing browser cache & cookies is an essential step to troubleshooting Clearare issues. As caching is managed by the browser, websites, including Clearcare, have very little control over what information is cached. This can cause unpredictable and unexpected behaviour when the browser caches information incorrectly. Clearing this information is a fast troubleshooting step that can resolve many intermittent Clearcare issues.
